Now, the two newest additions to the Alfajiri estate, Beach Villa and Garden Villa are set to follow in its footsteps. Owned and hosted by a collector and his interior designer wife, the house has fourteen staff including three highly trained nannies dedicated to entertaining younger guests. A luxurious piece of paradise to genuinely call your own, Alfajiri is ideal for a group of friends travelling together or families with children.
Alfajiri’s original Cliff Villa is a stunning four bedroom beach house perched on a cliff overlooking the wonderful northern stretch of Diani beach. Its elevated position ensures privacy and stunning views. Floor to ceiling glass walls, ivory Danish floors, Lamu doors and African and Eastern artefacts set the tone for gracious elegance. The front of house, dominated by a large veranda with hand carved sofas looks out onto the infinity edge swimming pool.
Furnished with the same exclusivity as Cliff Villa, the Beach and Garden Villas share a bar, a pool and a spacious open-sided living area under a Makuti thatch roof. The Beach Villa has two ensuite bedrooms plus two additional rooms perfectly suited to children while Garden Villa sleeps eight guests in four individually styled ensuite rooms, each with a view of the beautiful blue ocean.
Waiters and child-minders will tend to your every need, whilst in-house chefs prepare gourmet meals using the freshest seafood which is brought in twice daily, herbs and locally grown produce. The food at Alfajiri is very healthy with a Mediterranean influence. Your owners and hosts, the Molinaros are very flexible and will easily adapt the menus to suit guests.
Activities available include reef excursions and snorkelling, deep sea fishing, sailing, and golf. There is complimentary reflexology and massage.
Alfajiri is a one hour and 15 minutes transfer by light aircraft from Mombasssa.
