Loliondo Safari Camp

The stunning new Nduara Loliondo Camp has replaced Nomad's original Loliondo Camp.

The Camp has been designed as a celebration of Nomadic cultures worldwide.

The Loliondo Safari Camp has been created to compliment the Serengeti Safari Camp. It operates within the Masai concession area on the peripheries of the Serengeti National Park and like the Serengeti Safari Camp Loliondo moves seasonally as weather and game conditions dictate. Whilst the landscape and game is stunning, the emphasis at this camp is very much on cultural interaction with the Masai. A safari linking Loliondo Safari Camp and Serengeti Safari Camp where the emphasis is more on witnessing the wildebeest migration offers the ultimate Serengeti experience.

Accommodation is in six exquisitely decorated en-suite "yurts", each is light and airy with open "wheel" in the centre of the roof and wrap-around shade net windows.

There are short drop safari toilets, bucket showers and washstands. Hot and cold water is available on demand. Meals are served under the stars or in a separate dining tent. The cuisine is of the highest standard with innovative menus using fresh fruit and vegetables.

As well as safari day and night drives to see the resident game, guests also have the opportunity of walking safaris, on foot this amazing landscape offers a completely different viewpoint. As well as dramatic scenery there is interaction with local Masai villages.
